Draft to live to learning, one governed pipeline.

Artemis takes the plan live on every ad platform, refuses to push until the list of problems is empty, then reads what happened against what was promised and tells you what to do next. On its own, connect your ad accounts and go straight to your numbers.

The plan was signed on Tuesday. The ads went live the following Thursday, and nobody could say what changed in between.

A campaign that goes live exactly as planned, and a report that says whether the plan was right, should not be rare. Between a media plan and a live campaign sits a week of spreadsheets, platform screens and a trafficking team retyping numbers. Budgets drift. Destinations go missing. A geo gets widened because the platform suggested it. Then the reporting arrives in six dashboards that disagree, and the optimisation is whatever someone remembered to do on Friday.

Artemis does the trafficking as one act. It builds every campaign as the platform will receive it, lists everything that would stop a clean push, and refuses until the list is clear. Then it reads what happened against what the plan promised, answers your questions in your own words, and says what to do next without doing it behind your back.

From a plan to live, then to learning.

Three jobs, no waiting between them, because execution is continuous. Build and push. Ask and read. Judge and recommend. Each one shows its working and says what it does not know.

01 · Traffic

Build it exactly as the platform will receive it.

One campaign per funnel stage and market, with ad groups, ads, keywords, negatives and delivery settings, and a budget total per platform that has to match the plan. Before a push, Artemis lists everything that would block it, grouped by rule, worst first, with the evidence under each. Fix them from the card. Then a person arms the ads.

Clear the list and the gate opens
02 · Ask

Ask a question, get a chart.

Type the question the board will ask and it becomes a tile: a number, a bar, a scatter, spend against conversions with how strongly they move together. The numbers fill in as the platforms report. Every tile says what its source did not report, which days are still provisional, and which scales must not be read against each other.

Your board, in your own words
03 · Optimise

Read the numbers against the promise.

Live spend across every connected account against the KPI and the method you set. A story written only from computed facts; where a sentence cannot be traced to one, you get the facts instead. Every ad by what it cost and what it is doing: fatiguing, scaling, steady. Recommendations wait behind your rules and go back through trafficking to be applied.

Recommend, never act alone
Ask the lake a question. Watch the answer go live.
Your ad platforms and your shop report into one place, so every number is on the same footing and can be traced to the rows behind it. Ask a question in plain words and you get the chart, not a ticket to the analytics team. When the answer calls for a change, it is checked against your rules before it reaches the platform. Hover a bar, a point or a segment for the rows behind it. Illustrative values.

The asset you keep

Artemis produces one governed pipeline, draft to live to learning: a gate that refuses until the list is clear, and a lake you can ask in your own words.

What you can put in front of the board.

Six things, each one traceable to the rows behind it. This is what a pilot leaves you with.

01

The campaign tree

Every campaign, ad group and ad as the platform received it, with the id the platform handed back written against each one, and the whole tree as one file.

02

The push record

What went live, what was refused and why. A push that half lands is recorded as partial, never as done.

03

The board

Your questions as tiles, across every platform in one currency, with the row counts behind each chart.

04

The footers

On every tile: what the source did not report, which days are provisional, and which axes must not be compared.

05

The story

What the numbers say, written only from facts the page can show, with every ad by what it cost.

06

The recommendations

What to change and why, held behind your guardrails, with the count of what the rules blocked shown rather than hidden.

On its own, from day one.

Artemis is the one stage of Canvas that needs no plan. Connect your ad accounts, ask your first question, and the same three jobs read what you are already running. When you are ready, the plan comes from Apollo and the assets from Hephaestus, and the gate is the same gate.

Day one

Go straight to your numbers.

The stand-alone entry opens trafficking, intelligence and optimisation and nothing else. Connect Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat and Reddit; X, Pinterest and YouTube are read beside them.

Later

Bring the plan.

The media plan from Apollo becomes the campaign tree. The budget totals have to match it, and the results it estimated become the promise the numbers are read against.

Always

A person arms the push.

Nothing spends until the list is clear and you have approved the ads. A rehearsal push is available before the live one, and it is recorded as a rehearsal.

Before you ask.

Which platforms?

It traffics to Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat and Reddit, and reads those plus X, Pinterest and YouTube. Organic posts are published beside paid from the same place.

Does it spend money on its own?

No. Nothing pushes until the list has no open error and you have armed the ads. A rehearsal push shows you what would be created before anything is.

Can we use it without the rest of ManaOS?

Yes. Connect your ad accounts and start with a question. The plan and the assets can come later from Apollo and Hephaestus, or not at all.

What does it refuse to show?

Anything it would have to guess. Where a source does not report a measure, the tile says so instead of showing a zero. Keyword rows, creative duration and frequency are left out rather than estimated, and the page says why.

Does it change bids by itself?

No. It recommends. Your guardrails block what it should not do, and the count of blocked recommendations is shown, not hidden. Applying one is a platform change made with your confirm, and it is recorded.

What happens when a push half fails?

It lands as partial. Every entity the platform created has its id written back to the tree; every one it refused is marked with the reason. Nothing is reported as live that is not.

Nothing pushes blind. Nothing reads pretty.

The gate is a list, the board is your questions, and the numbers are the numbers. Thirty minutes with the people who built the gate; leave with your accounts connected.
